The conclusion of Friday’s rounds held true to what we have seen from our talented field thus far. Starting off with eight golfers in the boys division and eight golfers in the girls division, we saw some excellent golf at the beautiful Meadow Lake Acres Country Club. After their victories in the morning round, in the girls division, Makayla Baker and Taylor Hayes bested their opponents to move on to the final round scheduled for 7:30 am Saturday morning. Joey Johnson defeated Michael Steelman to advance to the final round that is scheduled for 7:39 am Saturday morning. Miles Aduddell will be playing against him after advancing to the finals by defeating Mitchell Mather, his semifinal round opponent. The championship rounds will be a thirty-six hole match play event.
