Do you need a handicap index?
If you do not have a home course you can sign up through the MGA eClub.
The Missouri Golf Association eClub was established to provide golfers an opportunity to obtain a USGA handicap index when they do not have access to a home club. Using eClub you can track your own play and find other players to play a round of golf with.
Post scores directly to GHIN or utilize the optional myStats Scores feature to track your game. The myStats Reports feature not only gives you standard statistics reporting, such as fairways, greens, putts and others — but it allows you to establish your own optional statistic categories (like our favorite: BIP – Ball in Pocket). This reporting and graphing capability lets you generate clear views of your playing trends. The “Find a Golfer” feature even lets you search for other golfers in your club and nearby clubs to set up a round of golf.

Once your profile is submitted you will receive an email from the MGA stating it has been approved and how to pay the handicap fee. Once that fee is paid then you will receive your GHIN Number and you can start posting scores. The season opens on March 1st.
The fee for a GHIN handicap is $25 a year through the MGA eClub.
