JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (May 3, 2026) – Windy conditions defined the final round of the 2026 Jefferson City Four-Ball Championship, as a brisk morning gave way to warmer temperatures while steady gusts challenged players throughout the day at Jefferson City Country Club.
In the Championship Division, Kory Franks (Lake Ozark) and Brad Carpenter (Washington) captured the title after firing an 8-under, 65—the low round of the day—to finish at 14-under, 130. Carpenter led the charge with seven birdies, helping the duo separate from a competitive field.
Adam Rizq Rohizam (Puchong) and Chayton Jordan (Rolla) finished in second at 12-under, 132, carding a 6-under, 66 to tie for the second-lowest round of the day. Three teams tied for third at 10-under, 134, including Elliot Soyez (Goddard) and Travis Vogt (Columbia), Ben Tummons (Battlefield) and Ryan Fisher (Springfield), and Jaxon Bailey and Brett Bailey (Monett). Soyez and Vogt also recorded a 6-under, 66, matching the second-best round of the day.
In the Senior Division, Buddy Allen (Pevely) and Brian Hall (O’Fallon) secured the championship with a final-round 4-under, 68, finishing at 10-under, 134. Their round marked the lowest score of the day in the Senior Division and was highlighted by a stretch of four birdies in five holes from Hall on Nos. 7 through 11.
Two teams tied for second at 8-under, 136, as David Strickland (Fenton) and John Moore (Hannibal) were joined by Wayne Fredrick (Springfield) and Brian Lovett (St. Louis).
In the Super Senior Division, Steve Groom (Raytown) and Mark Addington (Overland Park) claimed the title with a final-round 1-under, 71, finishing at 3-under, 141. Joe Bellmer (Columbia) and BJ Curry (Sunrise Beach) placed second at 1-over, 145, while Peter Robbins (Olathe, KS) and John Bailey (Nashville, TN) finished third at 2-over, 146.
