EUGENE, Mo. (August 4, 2026) – Missouri Golf crowned its 2026 Stan Utley Junior Tour champions following two days of competition at Redfield Golf Course, bringing the inaugural season of the newly renamed statewide junior circuit to a close.
The season-ending championship featured 56 of the top junior golfers from across Missouri’s summer tour season. Players ages 8–18 competed in 10 boys and girls divisions after earning their places in the championship field through performances at regular-season events held across the state.
The tour was renamed in 2026 to honor Missouri golf legend and nationally recognized short-game instructor Stan Utley. It serves as Missouri Golf’s premier developmental circuit, offering both nine-hole and 18-hole competition for young golfers throughout the summer.
Several first-round leaders carried their strong play into Tuesday’s final round, while others produced closing-round charges to claim their divisions.
One of the championship’s top performances belonged to Tyson Strupp of Columbia, who captured the Boys 12–13 18-hole division with a 36-hole total of 6-under-par 138. Strupp opened with a 2-under 70 before finishing off the championship with another strong round.
Jack Sinnett of Jefferson City claimed the Boys 14–15 championship at 2-over-par 146, while the Boys 16–18 division ended with Robert Keller of Columbia and Eli Hutchison of Mokane sharing the title at 148.
Hutchison began the championship with a 73 to take the first-round lead, while Keller entered the final round two strokes behind before earning a share of the championship.
In the girls divisions, Brielyn Hines of Bolivar followed her opening-round 86 with a final-round 75 to capture the Girls 14–15 championship at 161. Jalynn Kiesling of California rallied from five strokes behind after the first round to win the Girls 16–18 division with a 36-hole total of 167.
The younger divisions also produced several strong performances. Luke Williamson of Palmyra won the Boys 10–11 title, while Calvin Wilson of Loch Lloyd captured the Boys 8–9 division. Allison Knaebel of Columbia won the Girls 8–9 championship, Reagan Sears of Columbia claimed the Girls 10–13 division and Drake Kovar of Columbia earned the Boys 12–13 nine-hole title.

The championship concluded a summer of competition featuring 10 one-day Stan Utley Junior Tour events at courses throughout Missouri.
