CAMDENTON, Mo (June, 2025) – Today the Missouri Junior Tour made a stop at Lake Valley Golf Club in Camdenton. The par 72 course, along with high temperatures offered a challenging yet rewarding experience for junior golfers competing in various age groups.

Charlie DeMeyer (Kansas City) won the 16-18 boys division with a 6-over 78. DeMeyer posted two birdies and an eagle during today’s round. Just a stroke off the lead, Hagan Ritter (Macon) claimed second with a 7-over 79. Ayden Howard (California) and Eli Hutchison (Mokane) tied for third finishing closely behind Ritter. Both players shot a 8-over 80 with Hutchison taking home the third place medal after a chip-off. 

In the 16-18 girls division Aliyah Simmons (Columbia) secured first place with a 12-over 84. Haven Evers (Eldon) carded three birdies in her round to finish second with a 14-over 86. Emilee Sinnett (Jefferson City) finished third shooting a 17-over 89. 

Graham Henley (Eldon) carded three birdies to take first in the 14-15 boys division. Henley ended his 18-hole round with a 7-over 79. Lyle Marty (Centralia) earned second place shooting 9-over 81. Maxwell Sutton (Springfield) shot a 11-over 83 to claim third place.

In the 14-15 girls division Brielyn Hines (Bolivar) finished first with a 16-over 88. The second place title went to Drew Maze (Columbia). Maze scored an 18-over 90. With a 19-over 91, Rylee Allred (Ash Grove) claimed third.

The 12-13 boys division saw Tyson Strupp (Columbia) fire a 5-over 77 for the first place title. Rexton Vandegriff (Belle) secured second place with a 9-over 81. Blaine Munzlinger (Columbia) finished third at 10-over 82.

The following divisions played nine holes of stroke play:

In the 14-15 girls division, Clara Rudder (Columbia) claimed first with a 21-over 57. 

Austin Krantz (Lake Ozark) topped the 12-13 boys division with a 6-over 42. Krantz’s round was highlighted with an eagle on hole 14. Owen Bruemmer (Jefferson City) claimed second place with a 9-over 45. Grant Darr (Kirksville) recorded a 10-over 46 to come in third. 

In the 10-13 girls division Zoe Torres (Lake Ozark) posted a 26-over 62 to finish first. Scarlett Arauz (Lake Ozark) followed closely behind with a 27-over 63 for second place. Baylor Jordan (Rolla) took third, shooting 28-over 64. 

Sedalia golfers swept the podium in the boys 10-11 division, taking home first, second and third place. Andrew Moss (Sedalia) claimed first place with a 11-over 47. Brett Benbrook (Sedalia) shot a 14-over 50 to take second place and Silas Middleton (Sedalia) carded a 16-over 52 for third. 

The 8-9 boys division saw Henry Welpman (Stover) at the top of the leaderboard with a 5-over 41. Welpman’s round was highlighted with two birdies. Gatlin Shockley (St. James) finished second, shooting a 11-over 47. Third place went to Colton Showers (Brumley) who shot a 18-over 54. 

Emerson Munzlinger (Columbia) won the 8-9 girls division shooting 11-over 47. Allison Knaebel (Columbia) shot a 21-over 57 to take home second.
