About MJGF

The Missouri Junior Golf Foundation is a non-profit corporation established back in 1998. The Foundation also conducts all junior golf programs to bring the game of golf to those who would not otherwise have the opportunity to play the game of golf. Under the direction of the Foundation, we assist in collegiate golf events in the State. The Foundation owns the Ken Lanning Golf Center. KLGC is a 9 hole golf course located in Jefferson City. The KLGC was built for players of all ages and abilities so that everyone has the opportunity to play golf.

The Foundation conducts a Junior Amateur Championship a Junior Match Play Championship for golfers ages 14-18, the Foundation also conducts the Missouri Junior Tour (est 2017) to provide golfers of all abilities 8-18 to compete in a tournament format.

The Missouri Junior Golf Foundation has built the Ken Lanning Golf Center for children and individuals with disabilities. This handicap accessible golf course provides opportunities to learn and enjoy the game by providing a course specifically designed to meet their unique needs.

Northwest Junior Tour

The Northwest Junior Tour is managed by longtime PGA Professional Mike Habermehl in St. Joseph. All players 8-18 in the Northwest region of the state are invited to compete in these events.

You must be a member of the NWMJT before you can register.

Got to Memberships link and choose to add the NW Mo Junior Tour to the cart for $40

After you pay the Member Fee, then you will register for the event(s)
Click on the Event Schedule link drop down
Click on NW Missouri Junior Tour to view all the events

You can register for one or as many as you like. (Register now means you want to register for just that one while Add to Cart option means you can add more than one at a time and then check out.)
