ROLLA, Mo. (June 11, 2025) – The final Missouri Amateur Championship qualifier wrapped up Wednesday at Oak Meadow Country Club in Rolla, with four players securing the last spots in the field for this year’s championship.

Virgilio Paz (Columbia), a member of the University of Missouri men’s golf team, earned medalist honors with a 1-under-par 69. Paz carded three birdies and posted a bogey-free front nine to lead the field.

Four players finished at 1-over-par 71: Carter Chronister (Nixa), William Boyd (California), Jason White (St. Charles) and Logan Mayo (Tontitown). A four-for-three playoff determined the final qualifying spots. White, Boyd and Mayo advanced to claim the last three positions.

The Missouri Golf Association would like to thank the staff at Oak Meadow Country Club for hosting the final qualifier of the season.

Congratulations to all of today’s qualifiers. We look forward to seeing them at the 117th Missouri Amateur Championship, scheduled for June 25–30 at The Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia.
