ELDON, Mo. (June 3, 2025) – The 2025 Missouri Junior Tour season began today at Eldon Country Club in Eldon. In total, 90 junior golfers competed in 10 different divisions of various age groups.
In the 16-18 boys division, Logan Hoffman (Jefferson City) shot 3-over 75 to win the division. Hoffman shot par on the back nine to finish out his round today. Ethan Wunderlich (Henley) took second place after finishing 6-over 78. Jack Hall (Columbia) shot 7-over 79, for third place.
Haven Evers (Eldon) took first place for the 16-18 girls division. Evers shot 14-over 86 on her 18-hole match. India Arauz (Lake Ozark) took second, shooting 16-over 88. Claire Sinnett (Jefferson City) and Aliyah Simmons (Columbia) tied for third place, shooting 23-over 95. Sinnett won the chip-off for the third-place medal.
Graham Henley (Eldon) won the 14-15 boys division shooting 6-over 78. Birkley Simon (Clarksburg) and Hunter Hovis (Jefferson City) tied for second. Both players shot 10-over 82. Hovis won the chip-off to take home the second place medal.
The 14-15 girls division winner is McKenzie Martin (Jefferson City). Martin shot 11-over 83. Jalynn Kiesling (California) earned second with 26-over 98. Ashlyn Sears (Columbia) shot 27-over 99 for third-place.
In the 12-13 boys division Blaine Munzlinger (Columbia) took home first place with 8-over 80. There was a three-way tie for second place. Cooper Frey (Eldon), Rexton Vandegriff (Belle) and Jagger Glaze (Eldon) all shot 10-over 82. After the chip-off, Glaze received the second place medal and Vandegriff earned the third place medal.
The following divisions played nine holes of stroke play:
Grant Darr (Kirksville) won the 12-13 boys division with 7-over 43. Abram Pettigrew (Tipton) shot 10-over 46 for second-place. Owen Bruemmer (Jefferson City) took home third shooting 11-over 47.
The 10-13 girls division winner is Zoe Torres (Lake Ozark). Torres shot 27-over 63. Scarlett Arauz (Lake Ozark) got second-place shooting 33-over 69.
In the 10-11 boys division, Henry Russell (Fulton) shot 1-over 37 to take home first-place. Logan Knaebel (Columbia) got second shooting 5-over 41. Silas Middleton (Sedalia) shot 9-over 45 to secure third place.
Henry Welpman (Stover) won the 8-9 boys division shooting 1-under 35. Gatlin Shockley (St. James) got second-place with 4-over 40. Colton Showers (Brumley) shot 18-over 54 to place third.
Emerson Munzlinger (Columbia) received first-place in the 8-9 girls division. Munzlinger shot 1-over 37. Harlee Martin (Jefferson City) took second place with 15-over 51. Hatley Evers (Eldon) shot 16-over 52 for third place.
