CAMDENTON — The 27th Senior 4 Ball Championship concluded Wednesday evening at The Club at Old Kinderhook, with Brian Lovett and Tom Portner winning the Championship division with an 11-under 131 (65, 66).

 

The Lovett and Portner pairing held steady during their final round until the back nine, where they sank five birdies in the final seven holes to make a late push for the title. The pair finished one shot ahead of Jeff Eiserman and Kyle Viehl who bogeyed the final hole to finish 9-under for the tournament.

 

In the Super Senior division, MGA Hall of Famer Don Bliss and his partner Dennis Osborne took home the title at 10-under 132 (66, 66). The Net 50-59 division win went to Dan Luebbert and Kurt Mueller with a two-round total of 14-under 128 (64, 64). Danny Baumgartner and Stanley Mantle won the Net 60-69 division with a 17-under 128 (64, 61), and Dick Halterman and David Samp won the Net 70+ at 5-under 137 (71, 66).
