COLUMBIA, Mo. (June 16, 2026) – Players faced changing conditions during the second round of the 96th Missouri Women’s Amateur Championship, 16th Missouri Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship and 34th Missouri Women’s Senior Amateur Championship at Columbia Country Club. Cloudy skies and intermittent rain moved through the area during the morning before conditions improved throughout the afternoon, creating a favorable setting for the completion of Round 2.
Women’s Amateur Championship
Mia Rallo of Wentzville surged into the lead of the Women’s Amateur Championship after firing a championship-low 3-under-par 68. Rallo entered the day one shot behind first-round leader Hillary Currier but rallied late in her round, recording four birdies over her final six holes to move to 1-under-par for the championship.
Currier continued her steady play with a second consecutive even-par 71 and sits just one shot behind Rallo entering the final round. Through 36 holes, Currier has yet to record a round over par and remains firmly in contention for the championship title.
Maya McVey of Columbia rounds out the top three at 3-over-par 145 and will begin Wednesday’s final round four shots off the lead.
Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship
Defending champion Mindy Coyle of Columbia maintained her lead in the Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship after matching her opening-round score with another 77. Coyle’s two-round total of 154 gives her a four-shot advantage heading into the final day of competition.
Kallie Harrison of Saint Louis improved by four shots from her opening round, carding a second-round 77 to move into second place at 158. Former champion Carmen Titus of Greenwood remains in third place at 165.
Women’s Senior Amateur Championship
Martha Linscott of Mission Hills strengthened her position atop the Women’s Senior Amateur Championship leaderboard after posting one of the best rounds of the day, a 2-over-par 73. Linscott’s two-round total of 151 gives her a four-shot lead entering the championship round.
Defending champion Christie Blasi of Ozark matched Linscott’s 73 to climb into sole possession of second place at 155. Tina Jones of Wildwood sits in third place at 166.
