- Membership: Players must be a member of the MGA.
- Made the cut in a Qualifier or an exempt player
- Age: There are no age requirements for this tournament
- USGA Handicap Index: Players must have an up to date USGA Handicap Index.
- Must Live in a state that is contiguous with the state Missouri.
